Privacy Policy

Last updated August 16, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Kylie Johnson ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Come Alive 30-Day Program (the "Program") and joincomealive.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or purchasing the Program, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide. When you register for an account, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form — we never store or have access to your plain-text password), and optionally your name. If you submit journal responses within the Program, those responses are stored on your account.

2.2 Payment Information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number or other payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive limited purchase information from Stripe (such as confirmation that a payment was completed) to grant you access to the Program.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information. The Site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to create and maintain your account, grant and verify access to the Program, save your progress and journal responses, respond to your questions, and communicate with you about the Program (for example, order confirmations). We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Site and Program: Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting and database provider, Railway. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account exists, or as needed to provide you access to the Program. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information except where we are required to retain it (for example, payment records needed for tax or accounting purposes).

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under California privacy law to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, as described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out process needed for that.

7. Children's Privacy

The Program is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable measures, including password hashing, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

10. Contact
